The Cherry Blossom Long Lunch or #LongLazyLunch showcases Hilltops Regional food and wine produce in the setting of one of Young's blossom filled Cherry Orchards.An idyllic setting with great food, wine lots of laughter and good company!  Meet & Greet the 2017 National Cherry Festival Entrants.

The event is strictly limited to 160 people and is always over-subscribed. Tickets are available  from the Young Visitor Information Centre  UNTIL Friday 8th September 2017 and should be purchased in advance to avoid disappointment.

        At this years event you will be able to purchase your wine at the venue, there will be varied range of Hilltops Wines to choose from.

  No BYO wines this year -there will be bottled water and soft drinks available on the day - Lucky Gate Prizes too

Taste the flavours of the Hilltops

Entrée, 

Anti Pasto grazing platters  consisting of:

 Cheeses, olives, marinated vegetables, breads, biscuts, homemade dips (hummus, feta, tzatziki and eggplant)

Main - Grazing Platters 

Greek meatballs, chicken sticks, BBQ Lamb cutlets, marinated octopus, kofta sticks, greek salads, vegetable skewers, vegetable bake, Breads and a few other vegetable/salad sides.

 We will offer Gluten free in majority of meals, along with some vegetarian options.

Please let the visitor centre staff know of any special dietary requirements  when you purchase you ticket

Home Made Cherry Pie with cream

  • Return Coach transport to a mystery local orchard location  from the Young Visitor Information Centre at the former Railway Station on Lovell Street
  • A free glass of Hilltops Wine upon arrival
  • The three course meal that includes starters and dessert.
  •  Ice Buckets are supplied
  • Local Cherry Juice & Hilltops Regional Wines.
  • Tea & coffee.                                                                                      

All you need to to bring is a Hat - do not forget the sunscreen and sensible shoes for being out doors dress code is casual and comfortable.
